The course plays to 6,502 yards from the championship tees and is characterised by its dramatic coastal setting, the natural rocky terrain, and a design that uses the peninsula's topography to create a sequence of holes of extraordinary visual impact and strategic depth. Several holes play directly along the coastline, with the Mediterranean visible from almost every point on the course.
