Royal Norwich Golf Club was established in 1893 and relocated to its current home at Weston Longville in 2021 — a new course designed in the spirit of James Braid's classic heathland layouts, set among mature pines and heather in the heart of Norfolk. The club carries the Royal prefix granted in 1893 and maintains the traditions and standards of one of Norfolk's most distinguished golf clubs.
The course plays to 6,603 yards from the championship tees and is characterised by the heathland terrain, the mature pine and heather setting, and the strategic design that rewards accurate driving and intelligent course management. The natural beauty of the setting — the pines, the heather, the open skies of Norfolk — creates a golf experience of great quality and character.
