Lisbon Sports Club Golf Course was established in 1922, making it one of the oldest golf clubs in Portugal. Designed by the renowned British firm Hawtree & Son, the course is set in the rolling hills of Belas, in the Sintra region above Lisbon — a classic parkland layout of great historic character and natural beauty.
The course plays to 5,540 yards from the championship tees and is characterised by mature trees, natural terrain undulations, and a design that rewards accuracy and course management. The routing through the parkland creates a series of visually beautiful and strategically interesting holes, with the natural terrain providing constant challenge and variety.
