Les Bordes – Old Course

Les Bordes Old Course was designed by Robert von Hagge and opened in 1987. It is consistently ranked among the world's top 50 golf courses and is widely regarded as the finest golf course in France — a private estate masterpiece set among the ancient forests and water features of the Loire Valley, combining world-class golf with one of France's most exclusive retreat experiences.

The course plays to 7,002 yards from the championship tees and is characterised by the dramatic water features, the ancient forest setting, and von Hagge's masterful routing through the trees and lakes. The design creates a series of visually spectacular and technically demanding holes that test every aspect of the game — from driving accuracy to approach play to short-game precision around the water-guarded greens.
