Praia D'El Rey Golf Course was designed by Cabell Robinson and opened in 1997. It is the Silver Coast's most established resort golf destination — a dramatic Atlantic links layout set above the ocean, with views across the dunes to the sea and the Óbidos lagoon.
The course plays to 6,630 yards from the championship tees and is characterised by wide, links-style fairways, natural dune terrain, and a series of holes that play along the clifftops above the Atlantic. The design takes full advantage of the natural landscape, and the combination of the ocean views, the Atlantic winds, and the championship challenge creates an experience that is unique on the Silver Coast.
